They are just listing the headliners. They are both strong names standalone.   Remember the festival is now only 6 days and no longer 7.   we can expect 3 more headliner names and a few more co/sub headliner in a future announcement.  I would expect these to be solo or electronic artists  

I think it is plausible inasmuch as if The Damned are doing the Black Album in full, plus presumably a few hits, then what’s a headliner length set. Most acts are going to get about 45 minutes or so. I reckon the stages will be staggered and that there’ll not be much of an overlap between whoever is headlining the second stage, and Kraftwerk
