Rhianna just popped up and played 17 songs for a private wedding in India- surely she could manage a couple of hours on the pyramid for the Eavii? After all she did let them down before? A possibility again??

Lemme guess.  Just a normie couple or a billionaire?

Hold on. I’ve been thinking sza will play forever now. This ain’t new news surely? Her dates fall perfectly. Sub headline the pyramid or headline the other and fully expect doja cat to be the same. Where’s this came from now? Her music wouldn’t be normally my kind of thing but for some reason her songs are great to listen to.

What if Coldplay and Stevie Wonder have d@bbed down and its now SZA / DUA / Stevie Nicks

I wouldn't have called Nicks as a headliner but after that decent amount of votes...maybe that's the one?! Also gotta be something that they've been trying to achieve for the big man in his ripe old age....

Have to say, out of all the headline speculations Steve Nicks is the only one I would actually definitely be at tambourine and all!

Maybe its an IWD announcement afterall 🤣

We’re definitely reaching the pre-line up rumour frenzy. SZA has come from a poster on Reddit where ‘a friend works for another booker’ and chat that Coldplay aren’t doing it based on someone on Discord asking if Coldplay aren’t doing it. Throw us a bone Em!

Is that genuinely all there is to the SZA in, Coldplay out noise?

I don’t think there’s anything in the SZA rumour, personally. I think we’re looking at:

Dua: 85%
Coldplay: 51%

…and a wildcard nobody has enough info about to be sure.

It's a Stevie out / SZA in noise.

Coldplay are probably still firmly in the mix.

I meant separately. I was around for the Stevie Dubs out noise and that feels pretty likely tbh. But the SZA in noise is brand new to me this morning, as is the Coldplay out. Wondering if @MEGABOWL’s summary is where it’s all come from?

I don't think there's any Coldplay out noise.  I made a joke about it being funny if it had happened, but I don't think anyone thinks it has.

Might be able to pick up a ticket for her tour in May.

Nothing going for either of here two Co-Op Live dates in May. Potential for some resales nearer the time though 🤷🏻

It would mean me having to get over my “I’m too old for that gig” hang up that has kept me away from some stellar Parklife lineups right on my doorstep. My youngest is a fan so could always rope him in at a push. Rodrigo in a field at the G feels fine, 37 year old me bouncing along with the teeny boppers makes me feel old.

Yep, agree with that though I'd put Dua at more like 99% and Coldplay at 90%.

Just read back, thought I’d seen more rumblings but it was just your quip and Megabowl referencing Coldplay chatter in Discord.

I saw big Billy Joel getting mentioned earlier too, is this just more wild speculation or has there been something of substance?

Tend to agree that Emily, faced with Stevie Wonder d@bbing down, is more likely to head in the direction of O-Rod first. The more obvious chess move in the circumstances.

But SZA does also make sense.

Reckon she’ll be back next year with a BST date or 2 next year

I think it's just wild speculation based on him being one of the few "legacy" acts that's never done it, is big enough / has the tunes, and is also seemingly available that weekend.

The reason I put Coldplay lower is because I think of any headliner, they’d be the most fluid in a ‘here if you need us’ way, meaning they could well be bumped if the festival were able to bag someone else for their spot, and they’d probably be fine with that. I also think a GSH means almost nothing when it comes to Coldplay, given it’s likely they’ll try to be there anyway if they can.

Ok, fine. 52.5%.

Seems to have come to here from the other place via Reddit.  No idea on the bona fides of the original source.

It really just seems like another pretty unsubstantiated one.

Falls into the category of "possible enough to be true, wild enough to get you talking".

If SZA is there in some capacity it'll be a great booking.

We are definitely so dry on genuine info at the moment that it's hard to know what to believe anymore.

Fair enough.

I'll go to 75%.
