Ok, looking at that excellent webcam tool - I'm pretty sure they've taken an old shot, edited it, and added it in after the last "legitimate" shot of the day. Unless it suddenly got lighter between 16:35 and 16:50 that is.

oh yeah, it's defo a photoshopped shot. not of the actual time. but they uploaded it to the webcam page at 16:50 yesterday
