Postcode Does Not Match Error

Anyone else get the error that postcodes don't match?  In our group bookings page rejected two postcodes that were 100% correct - tried everything to force it through, cut and paste, manually typing but nothing.  Did not recognise them as correct and we know that they are.

It's hard enough to get through to buy tickets but these type of errors make it impossible.
