Different surname on ticket to ID

My wife put her marriage name rather than maiden name on her Glastonbury registration form. Problem is all her ID / bank cards have her maiden name. The picture on the ticket is up to date and the address details on the ID match. Do you think we will have a problem? Can we update it after tickets have been purchased? We are going to stay in a campsite outside the main arena so we will need to use the pass out system.

Just take a photocopy of your wedding certificate. I don't think you can make a name change once a ticket has been purchased against the registration number.

So long  as the photo on the ticket matches the face on entry it doesn't matter; she won't get challenged.

If worried take along marriage certificate (or pic of it on your phone). There's plenty of time to change the name on her id too, if she wants.

The stewards just look at the ticket and photo, and then you, to check the ticket's legit, and that it's you. If your wife takes a photo ID with her maiden name, if she looks a lot different from her photo, that will be OK. 99.9% of the time, no ID is needed. Don't lose your pass out though, that is a whole other world of pain if you do.
