Camping with mates in CV field

So it's been a full decade since we last went to Glasto. When we did our mates rented a camper and we camped with them in the CV field. Is this still do-able?

Yes, that's if your mates are still going in a campervan

The CV fields open on a Tuesday.. If you travel IN the van you can obviously get in at the same time (passengers need to be seatbelted) and pitch within the 'allocated' spot..

If you are travelling separately, you can meet your friends in the CV fields after parking. We did this with my daughter one year as she had work commitments and couldnt travel on Tuesday, so drove down with my wife on Wednesday. We pitched her tent and took all her gear for her and she just walked in with a day bag after parking.

Now, given I have only ever parked in CV East, i am unsure how this works in Bath & West (assuming they still use it next year)
