We require a cafe to supply breakfast, lunch and dinner for our 4 day festival that is celebrating its 25th year this year in Laughton near Lewes, East Sussex from 17th through 20th August setup can be from 15th August and breakdown 21st. This is a beautiful field overlooking the South Downs.

We have a space for a frontage of about 12M and about 6M deep to include kitchen. The menu would need to include a mixture of meat and vegatarian offerings.

Footfall on the Saturday is 700-800 and we will have 2 other food sellers, an Indian and a Pizza stall plus crepes and tea/coffee/cakes.

We have no electricty on site and a no generator policy so all cooking and refrigeration will need to be solar/gas.
