Forever looking for new festivals and recently been downsizing and exploring new genres and festivals. Glasto lost me years since and GreenMan is now going the same way.

My musical tastes of late have shifted to a far more dancey vibe but not as far as techno. More relaxed and chilled. Just want to crash in the sun and get my groove on as the night draws in, then retire to my little van.

I know a few of the artists listed and suspect this might be right up my my street.

I'd really appreciate any comments or advice.

Houghton Festival perhaps? Been on my radar for a couple years now, dance focussed lineup, whilst doesn't look anywhere near as rowdy as Boomtown/Creamfields - from people I know who have gone, they say it's pretty laid back.

Other festivals that come to mind are Lost Village and Wilderness.

Sorry ..... idiot me thought I was posting on a Festival Specific page .... I haven't. 🙈

I was actually referring to  We Out There Festival

However, thanks for the suggestions, I'll have a look through them all.

Have a look at Noisily. I've not been myself but my friends love it.  Dancey but chilled!

OOOOO !!!! Thanks for Noisily. That looks right on the money, but unfortunately I'm up in The Lakes that weekend, though I have bookmarked it for 2024.
