Hi there

My friend and I are hopefully volunteering with the oasis carnival this year and It’ll be our first time volunteering at the fest. 
we applied to volunteer back in May and got our shift dates and times confirmed and had to send over a deposit. It’s been almost a month since we paid and we haven’t had any confirmation of payments being received or next steps. 
 

im sure they’re running on volunteers so maybe it’s all slow but it’s a lot of money we have given over so wondered if anyone had volunteered with them before and know it’s all ok/legit?
