Slightly off-topic but can you wander around the Tipi field and randomly sit by fires? Is there a barrier between those ones and the ones that people hire? I've walked past the tipis tons on my way to and from WV but not actually had a wander around as wasn't sure of the etiquette.

That’s a great tip about the Arcadia field for the fireworks.. we got a good spot in the stone circle field last time but it was mega busy and I like the panoramic view of all three.

Yeah that sounds like it, I remember we were definitely wandering around that general vicinity when we found it.

Tipi Field is open for a wander.

Tipi Village is wristband access inly for attendees who've hired them..

Tipi Park is backstage at the Park for performers and VIPs.

Pretty much behind the West Holts stage. When looking at the stage, walk down the dirt track through the West Holts field on the right hand side towards T&C and there's a door in the wooden fencing on the left hand side - might even be a sign above it.

That is the Hop & Liquor, or at least it was last year… Funnily enough it’s marked in the right spot on the map this year, whereas it wasn’t last year iirc.

We also spent time in there Wednesday, was good fun.

Same.

Gone are the days where I can party past midnight on the wednesday and not be absolutely shattered on thursday. 

Unless there's something I desperately want to see or end up walking past somewhere that really takes my fancy, I'll most likely be grabbing an early night on wednesday so I feel fresh and ready for the festival proper.

The park is decent on Wednesday - Rabbit Hole, Bimble, Stonebridge, HMS Sweet Charity. Plenty of choice. Busy though. Maybe the new bar/bars over Woodsies way will be a good Wednesday option for those not wanting to be stuck in heaving crowds.
