Sack trolleys and seetickets coaches

Anyone have any experience of using the sack trolleys? (The sort of grandma trolleys you see about)

 

if so, do seetickets mind you taking these?

Official guidelines is a main bag plus tent. Anything else is at discretion of the driver. You can risk it but no guarantees you will be able to fit it on. Plus the small wheels won't be suitable for Glasto terrain.

Me and my friend used one of these in 2019 full to the brim with beer. It really comes down to the driver, the guidelines state a bag and a tent to make sure everything can fit on the coach, but our driver didn't care what you had as long as everything fit in. He loaded up the bags and tents first then anything else after that, there wasn't anything left behind. People were even buying extra beer from the service station on the way there to load into the storage above the seats. He was a pretty good driver, having a laugh with everyone over the mic so might be a bit different if you get a grumpy one. 

 

Edit: Just noticed you mentioned seetickets coach, my experience was with the coach tickets but I imagine it is similar!

1. Trolleys are the first thing ditched if the driver is struggling for luggage space, along with chairs.

2. Granny shopping trolleys will quick casualties on the Glastonbury terrain
