I would be curious to know the amount of crossover for a Foo Fighters / Pulp secret set among punters.

If it is Pulp, figure it's pretty much the main set they've toured so far with Common People tossed in at the end.

There is NO evidence that Dave Grohl used to be in a band call Churn... if you search 'Dave Grohl' and 'Churn' on Google and set it for results pre-May this year.. there are NO results associated with this. The closest you will get it he was once asked to be in a band called 'Churn' which never happened.. (and there is only 1 article about this)

It's just a rumour that someone started and people are repeating so now it seems like fact. Feel free to link me to any info about that band if you have it!

ahhh, the only other article relating dave to a band called churn said he never joined it 😅

I still think it's a very weak link (and changing it to 'The Churnups' takes it a leap further)

I think it’s Pulp. The only thing that gives me some indication is could be Foo Fighters is the fact that I recently signed up to hear more about their unannounced UK dates. But they have no other UK solo or festival shows, so what are they waiting on to announce them? Unless they’re being announced post-Glastonbury surprise show.

Also, people need to stop talking about that Twitter account which is clearly a wind up.

It's more than that, a good source about a month ago now had said the foos were doing a set at Glastonbury during the day. 

I can't remember where it came from now but there is also that.

People have mentioned this a few times in recent days but I don't recall hearing anything before then.  Who / where was this first flagged?

The producer for FF (and guitarist in this Churn band with DG), Barrett Jones, has also produced stuff for Pearl Jam, RHCP, Jimmy Eat World... wonder if it is Dave Grohl & Friends, we'll get to see appearances from Eddie Vedder, Flea etc?

Maybe they've finally buried the hatchet, Flea has been told how old good a secret set at Glastonbury is by Thom Yorke too many times and the Red Hot Chili Peppers have offered their services on the cheap to finally play after their not turning up incident... can only imagine the moans on here if that was the case!
