Ticket delivered to the wrong address

Hey all,

Just checked my ticket tracking and found out it has been delivered to the wrong address.

Has anyone had to deal with SeeTickets/this before?

I've submitted a query on their contact form so am waiting for a reply.

Can't find a contact number anywhere though.

I'm out of the UK until the 19th so is not great timing...not nervous at all.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Cheers,

Sluggybear

Maybe worth posting in a local FB group to see if anyone has it - i see people do that for parcels near me all the time

good luck 🙂

Leaglly the duty is with Seetickets to ensure the tickets are delivered to the address you provided so if they have delivered to a different  address then they need to sort it out with the post carrier. Difficulty can arise if the address provided to Seetickets is incorrect.

You know from the tracker the tickets have been delivered. Do you know where?

It was delivered to Shepherds Bush and I live in Dorset - so unfortunately won't be with anyone local. Was signed for by someone called Matt. But that's all the info I have!

Checked the  delivery info on the order and the address is correct, so hopefully will be able to get something sorted.

Thanks for all the tips people 😃

I have tried to give you the email address for SeeTickets but the post is hidden! @eFestivals and idea why?

You never know, it may just be an issue with the wrong tracking ID being sent to you - your tickets may not have been despatched yet.

When did you receive email confirmation of despatch? I got my email last Tuesday & received the tickets on Thursday...so if you've only just got confirmation through, your tickets may not be in the Royal Mail system yet.

Thanks for the email address StoneCircle.

They are who I'm talking to at the moment.

Mr Grump, I got the notification of dispatch on the 1st.

Situation update:

SeeTickets refuse to contact Royal Mail or do anything at all.

Royal Mail refuse to talk to anyone but sender.

😑

You need to get back to Seetickets as they are legally responsible for ensuring your tickets are delivered  to the address you provided. Reference their legal responsibility under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The contract of delivery is between See and Royal Mail.

This sounds most likely 👆

Completely unacceptable. See Tickets have a legal duty here. As has been said, could the issue be you’ve been sent the wrong RM tracking number? See can easily check their database to see if that Shepherd’s Bush delivery address matches a different order. Don’t give up! Fingers crossed for you 🤞
