For the longest time, mine was Let's Stay Together by Al Green. Currently it's Spinning Away by Brian Eno and John Cale, which I first heard a couple of years ago, liked the first time, then fell head over heels in love with the second time. Try it, it might change your life...

Witness the Fitness - Roots Manuva, Jazz World Stage, 2009. The sound is patchy as f**k but was an incredible gig, complete with possibly my favourite song of all time.
