Some Of the ciutat shows in 2022 were absolutely stunning 

and they lasted for so long since I was there for both weekends. 
and didn’t have to queue too much because I had a double wristbands.

Maybe I’m mistaken, but I heard they ciutat shows lineup should come this week?

I think that was on here and OP clarified that that might have been a mistranslation

On Facebook PS answered questions about the ciutat-line-up in Englisch ("later") and Spanish ("dentre de poco"=soon).

Doesn’t seem like they’re playing fests but Jesus and Mary chain seem like a missed booking. Know they just played in 2022 and their new stuff isn’t groundbreaking but I’d have loved to see them here. Missed them in 2022 due to the strokes clash.

For the best in my opinion, they were chronic in 2022. Possibly one of the worst live sets I've ever seen which is a shame as I like their 80s studio output.

I also saw one of their darklands and I thought I had completely wasted my money. Super-flat and one of the gigs that let me down the most together with new order at primavera last year

It's difficult for bands whose stage presence was built on being cool to keep that up in old age 😕

Hey! It will be my first time at Primavera BCN. On Thursday i will see 15 Acts. What you guys think, how many is realistic? I know it depands on the schedule and the splitting of stages, but what‘s your experience in the past?

I think the absolute maximum number of full sets you can see is 10-12, if you start at the first auditori show at 4pm and last til 6am. Realistically I have seen like 8 acts per day at peak days, because you need to factor in time to eat, move between stages and those times where there is just nothing of interest for an hour or so.

It's exhausting to pound pavement, even for younger people.

I think most people can manage 6-10. Doesn't mean you cannot see more of course.

As others have said, you might be rather optimistic (unless your taste in music is very niche and you're not planning to see anyone popular).

It also depends if you fancy watching from the back of a big crowd, as there are a lot of people at the festival, and if your timings are tight between stages, you'll be stuck in slow moving crowds, and then arrive with 20,000 people in front of you.

I prefer to be closer to the action, so aim to get to stages a little early, and see less bands but have better experiences.

Thanks. I guess there will be some clashes, but a minimum of eight will be okay. I looked at the festival plan from this year and thought that the ways are extrem long, from Mordor to the Amazon Stage for example. Maybe twenty Minutes or longer with a "normal pace"?!

depends on how crowded everything is, I think from middle to middle its 10 - 15 minutes.

They are actually quite good live (musically). They play the older songs like in the old days. If you are interested in hearing the old songs and don't care about how they behave or look like on stage, you'll enjoy.

Just Like Honey was flat out painful to the point me and the other half started to leave whilst they were still playing it. Guy cannot sing for toffee anymore and just seemed bored out of his skull.

Pretty average I would say, would take Kaytranada and Jessie Ware from here and plus smaller names. I think for Primavera we are quite well covered in terms of electronic music plus many boiler room names are coming.

Honestly, the only acts on that Sonar lineup who I wish were at Prima are Jessie Ware (always amazing, slayed in 2022), Marie Davidson, and Ela Minus (who keeps having to cancel every time I book something with her on the lineup!).

You had your chance with Ela Minus at PS 2022 but you obviously chose Jessie Ware (I did the same).
