Arriving at Orange Parking / Gate D

I am coming from good old Yorkshire and I am looking to smoothly reach the orange parking / gate D. Anybody got any advice for how this can be easily done?

You just need to approach Pilton from the west - therefore if coming from north I assume come down M5, head to Glastonbury first and then get on A361 to Pilton. Orange car parks are on that side

M5 to Bridgwater then A39 to Glastonbury onto the A361 to get to the festival from the west. You will be directed by the stewards to park either pink or orange, depending which car park they are filling. You will have no choice in where you park. If parked in pink expect a 30mins plus walk to gate D
