She could be on any of the main stages, maybe not Park due to overcrowding but any other would be perfectly fine.

Nah no way she’s on first on Woodsies, the place would be packed to the rafters. Didn’t she headline the thing a few years ago? It’s gotta be Pyramid or Other - ideal kind of thing to get people out of bed and in a good mood.

I think she could (I don’t think she will be) but I’d imagine there is a lot less enthusiasm for her at lunchtime than headlining, I’d probably go to a headline set if nothing else I fancied and dance no way I can be bothered at 12 with a massive hangover

Ooooh that's excellent news, saw Lynks at his midnight set in the rabbit hole in 2022, was one of the best parts of the whole festival. Will definitely be a different vibe early on a "proper" stage rather than the middle of the night on a giant picnic table but I'm READY!

This is also great for me as she's one that evades me for something else. They are either mixing the other stage opener up a bit or she is Pyramid.

About a month and a half ago now, one of the stage organisers had a spotify playlist with all the artists on that someone found. Turned out to be right when the lineup came out last month too.

 

Basically was all the acts on the poster plus Alogte Oho & his sounds of Joy, Matthew Halsall, Balming Tiger, Dub Terror, Cymande and Jalen Ngonda

when was the last time a DJ set opened a main bands stage at any major music festival, never mind glastonbury? 
 

if thats what it is, its completely bizarre programming

 

not to mention very glastonbudget

 

who wants to see someone dj’ing a huge stage at 11:30am at a festival?

 

it must be some kind of different / special collaborative thing or something. Maybe an orchestra or something?

 

i havent minded her over the years but she’s a DJ not a musician.

Listened to to it, there is more that she isnt letting on, obviously. must be a collaborative / interative type of performance where her djing is part of a larger thing. Think about it logically a straight up dj set is not going to work in that scenario.
