Those are both concerns I had after the gig I went to when talking about her Glastonbury headline potential. The middle filler bit can be dealt with by doing slightly less of the slower songs and replacing them with a guest. 

 

Very little can be done about the fan thing though, so it'll be different in terms of crowd reaction. Will be interesting to see how it goes

I would not stress too much if you don't like her - Glastonbury is never short of other options 

 

i think its more that somehow theres a small batch of people who feel like she isnt good enough to be a headliner and will find the gaps which are supposed to make it "boring" or something. 
 

Harry Styles is a million times more rehearsed with canned speeches in between songs during his gigs but I bet nobody here would say he wasnt good enough. I wonder why. Hmmmmm

I think you're just looking for a reason to question it here because Coachella had Harry Styles after roping him in late and didn't get Olivia booked for this year despite an available gap. If Coachella booked her this wouldn't be a post. No interest is Harry whether he's good enough or not, definitely doesn't have the material for me.

Do wonder if Rodrigo will have new tunes in the can by next summer's run. Possibly a couple of standalone singles to help add some extra meat.

Undoubtedly, I’d say. I think her Glastonbury Moment with Lily Allen is doing a lot of heavy lifting for now, but for good reason. It was a proper peak of that festival.

Definitely a highlight. I’d expect her performance is now a lot more slick and polished.

Sounds like she's got a lot more polish to it.

 

Would be fascinated to see which song would prove the unlikely singalong though. Some are far too obvious - which, let me stress, is definitely a good thing for a headline set.
