I wanted something that was going to be memorable. So a week in NYC booked, as is Billy Joel at MSG, Aerosmith at the UBS Arena in Elmont and Psychedelic Furs/Squeeze at Radio City Music Hall. let me know if you need any bar, restaurant or hotel recommendations

CaledonianGonzo
Was watching Kinks night last night on BBC 2 and was wondering what's happened to Ray. Hasn't played live for 6 years and seems a bit MIA.
The Nal
Why has no one mentioned Godley & Creme? 100k at this, people in tears.

He is nearly 80 so every chance he’s just not up to performing anymore but I will forever treasure that Sunny Sunday afternoon. Probably the one I look up on YouTube most often. Heard the Kinks live several times and that song just sends shivers down the spine.

Stacks which I'd love to see and confident they'd put on a good show.
Drinky
Ringo would also continue the solo-only tradition of the slot
CaledonianGonzo
I'm less convinced by that list for a number of reasons - either lack of suitability (Sting, Jimmy Page, Eddie Vedder), lack of hits (Joan Jett) or just because it would be a plain bad idea (Ringo Starr). Cher, Stevie Nicks and Billy Joel I'll give you.
Drinky
Come on Calgon, it’s Ringo! With lots of guests! Like your man from Toto! And Men at Work! It’s a great idea!

Hey, we're gonna start getting to the 90s legends sooner than you think 😉 Tbh, I'd rather just have Eddie do his own slot! Don't think we'll be getting Pearl Jam at Glasto anytime soon. CaledonianGonzo
No. No it wasn't. Arguably the Foo Fighters did it this year.
