Mika is MASSIVE in Europe and certainly not a one-hit wonder, and he would be ace at Glasto. But 'legend' implies someone who's been in the business a lot longer IMO.

Doesn't need to have.

Ray Davies headlined Acoustic and then did the Legends slot - indeed in subsequent years.

Cyndi Lauper would be a fantastic shout (especially as she played on one of the clashiest evenings ever so loads will have missed her).
