Probably just as they chose their different options for festivals that they would get to headline outright. There was probably an element of wanting to see if the lack of Keith now did make a big difference is their attractive/ticket sales. Glastonbury obviously takes potential ticket money from them too so now they have a paid festival run, their own tour selling well first. I'm also imagining that he'll have another album out by next summer as part of this, mind. Tbf I do think he'd probably fit better as an Other headliner, but I wanted to have at least 1 female headliner per stage in my prediction which is why I have Skepta and Jorja Smith where they are. Fair play to the explanation, let’s hope Emily sees it in the same light. If Stormzy can headline when he did, grime has a place somewhere in her head. I’m sure I’ve heard first snippet from the new album the other week so hopefully it’s class and gets lots of radio play.

I do think that Madonna booking is going to be Rihanna though. I also would keep Dua Lipa away from Sunday headliner as having the same song played with essentially the same voice two years running on the same stage is way overkill.
