Hi all, 

Trying to download my ticket in the tixketmaster app, but I get an error message saying they won't load (attached).

Naturally I can't get hold of a real person at tixketmaster!

Is there a box office type place I can go to resolve on arrival? Intending to get to site staying in family campervan field this evening....
