Usually loads turn up on fanticks (I think that's the site?) - we weren't going last year due to birth of our daughter but I remember looking and thinking about it about a week before!

I've sold spares last two years, and always had no issues, always loads up on both twickets and fanticks unless you're trying to find odd combinations, eg just a child under 4!

Any idea when the day by day schedule was released last year folks?

June 2nd, which was also the date of the second announcement, but of course they had a headliner to add then as well so that might have come as soon as they were able to confirm one (there was no advance warning) In 2022 they were on June 30th.

Ladylike, Mari Mathias, Nature Kids, The Orchestra (For Now) and TTSSFU are the GM Rising finalists. Final is on 13th June. Winner opens Mountain on Friday, the rest play Rising.

The Orchestra (For Now) are very good, seen them several times at Brixton Windmill

Morning all. Just picked up a ticket there on Fanticks, delighted. How does it work with that? Is there a physical ticket that I get in the post or will it be digital via email?

Usually a pdf.

But it should say on the listing that you bought!

Well yeah, says it will be posted but Green Man site says most will be digital. I mean there are no tickets yet, right? When did they issue them last year?

And remaining acts?

As mentioned a few posts back we're now past a year since the 2023 second announcement/splits, but they replied to someone a while ago confirming there were more acts and I know of two (one self-confirmed, one told somebody) to be added. I wonder if without having a headliner to add this time they'll wait until after the Rising final next Thursday so they can complete the lot in one go.

We do have an announcement - the Cinedrome line-up, including Samantha Morton in conversation and introducing Morvern Callar, Stewart Lee introducing his Nightingales doc King Rocker, Adrian Utley introducing Portishead live at Roseland, DJ Cheeba re-scoring Shogun Assassin, a Beatles Dub Club AV DJ set, Louise Brealey introducing her new film, and some Ealing comedies and Powell & Pressburger.

We didn't get day splits and final bands until 30 June in 2022, which I thought was bordering on taking-the-piss late. We did get an extra bunch of bands in April though, which we haven't got this year.

Feck me, I LOVE the Cinedrome lineup!! Adrian Utley presents Portishead live in NY?? Stewart Lee presents King Rocker?!! Samantha Morton?? Kneecap?? I've never set foot inside a cinema tent at a festival before but I won't be able to resist this!

If my exuberant newbie enthusiasm threatens to get on people's wick, just give me the nod. We've a ways to go, I am aware.

Quite the opposite. I've never so much as even set foot inside the web page for a cinema tent line-up on a festival's website, but you've persuaded me to have a gander...

Exube away!

So does the Kneecap film being shown mean that Kneecap are being added to the line up? That would be good...
