For those stil looking for last minute tickets try AXS resale. Most people still holding out for £60ish a ticket. But occasionally good prices coming up. Both me and my partner have spent the morning loooking for Mitski tickets and failing to pick up the bargains, someone alwaysbeat us. However, finally ended up with 2. One at £28.75 and the last at £22.50, So well pleased.

Still over 200 plus resale tickets and suppose at some point people will panic and slash their prices before AXS take them off sale. My understanding is AXS sell up to one hour before an event starts. Good luck to those trying for last minute tickets.

Decemberists and Phoenix overlap on Sunday is quite painful as they're my two main reasons for going, but still catch a decent amount of both.

I presume Postal Service will be an hour then Death Cab 75ish mins?

Also we have a spare ticket from the Uber deal for Friday and Sunday - if anybody is after a spare for £40 for either day, then let me know.

Death Cab goes first. They only do the album. There will be a short break and Postal Service will follow. They will also only play the album and a 2 song encore. Thats it. It hasnt changed at all for this whole tour and likely will not change here.

Hello! If this is for the LCD sound system day then I would be very very keen to hear back from you.

Was surprised how much it emptied for Mitski tonight. Everyone left to see TV Girl and only a small pack of crowd stayed at front for Mitski. Filled out a bit more but certainly not a packed day. Everytime I glanced at a bar the staff looked bored and there were no queues.

What's the distance between East & West stages?

It's a fair old distance - maybe a 10m walk unless you really sprint!

Amusing as regards the bars - they were totally empty! Not because of the size of the crowd, but because almost the entire crowd was young and female. It's a generational thing - Gen Z just do not drink alcohol, particularly the types attracted to Mitski et al. APE might consider this when making bookings in future - there must be a sizeable hole in the finances from the lack of bar sales.

We thought it was pretty packed last night - certainly much more so than for example the Strokes day last year. All the lower bill acts we saw had pretty decent to near full crowds.

Loved Infinity Song and Suki Waterhouse. Towa Bird was really enjoyable fast-paced indie. Catching Cairo was OK, but not stand-out.  As for Wisp, I love shoegaze and her recent debut is great to listen to at home, but live it just lacks personality and becomes a bit samey. Her and Suki attracted big crowds of fanatical young girls though.

Beabadoobee was very good and seems to be getting better and better.

Mitski was a terrible disappointment. We agreed that the arrangements of the songs for the performance, which were country music-fied, robbed them of all their drama and intensity/excitement compared to when we've seen her before at the Roundhouse for example. My daughter is a huge fan and knows all the songs, but could barely recognise some of them! The audience, which seemd pretty large to us, was deserting in droves, and she seemed to have lost the attention of many others around me until just the last three songs which brought things back a bit.

Sunday: Not so many clashes but the super short set times. I will spend more time on public transport than watching music.

Is the curfew 10pm? I hesitate to stay for the headliners, but I might if it ends early.

I think the curfew is like 10:45-11pm for Fri and Sat but it's earlier on a Sunday. Or at least it was this weekend.

Well looks like the freebies aren't happening year so time to think about buying an LCD ticket. Is it worth the extra 20 odd quid for VIP garden? Feel like the boozy elder millennial crowd could make for nasty bar queues...

I wouldn't bother - theres so many bars that its never much of an issue at APE.

There was a 3 for £120 link - i believe still working, pm me if you want it

This is quite common the few times I’ve been. There’s always someone big/good on the other stage finishing the same time the headliner starts. Everyone then floods over and main stage fills up. It’s really annoying. Wish they’d leave a ten minute gap at least.
