Early Birds system kept crashing/posting Gateway error. Got 3 adult tkts at 11:12 but campervan pitches apparently sold out so have to wait for next release of those (if there is one !)

PATHETIC ticket partner and experience.

Was online at exactly the right moment, kept crashing including at checkout for over 15 minutes. Now sold out.

Other festivals manage this and they've had 20 years to get this right.

I kept crashing out for 10 minutes but managed to purchase a large campervan ticket once in there. Keep trying today as I managed to get hold of one a few hours after they all seemed to have gone last year.

Same problem every year. Site crashes - you may be lucky with the Earlybird tickets but EarlyBird Campervan doesn't exist as far as I can see.

Early birds are back on sale - for how long nobody knows. Website keeps crashing but persistence pays off…

(btw, we never had these problems before Ticket Sellers. Nor booking fees)

I got earlybird campervan previous years; it's not the extra £20 or whatever as much as uncertainty about getting one at all. Campervan/MoHo seems to increase by the year (though as someone else pointed out before there was seemingly plenty of space).

Sorry for the rant above and now have an ticket but was frustrated I had to divert 30 minutes in the middle of my working day to do so.

Didn't go this year, but went for the first time in 2022 and loved it. Have just bought early bird tickets for next year, hoping for a good line-up!

Early bird Adult tickets still seem to be available.  You'd be well annoyed if you saw the sold out earlier and settled for picking up a higher price tier.

You can’t do that as tier 2 never went on sale.

Aha very true! A festival I feel comfortable buying early and even if I don't recognise the names on the first announcement, can trust I'll have found some new favourites by the time the festival rolls around. Saying that, Modest Mouse are my favourite band, and I know they've headlined before quite a while ago, but do we think there is a chance of them coming back?

I always rank every band I enjoyed and only two out of my top ten were bands I'd heard of when the line up was announced. Def some new favs and back catalogues to dive into now.

Would be happy to see Modest Mouse there.

2023 was my first year at EOTR and I loved it.

I want to get accessible camping tickets next year, can any one tell me how it works?

The website says email the ticket team but they had their out-of-office on and they must still be a dark room having a lie down.
