So this clearly means they were due to play Liverpool, it fell apart, sudden gap in the tour dates, phone Emily.

The IOW crowd would lap up the drawn-out Hitchin a Ride and ‘random’ crowd member pulled out of the crowd trick Green Day have been doing for over 20 years. They’ve also got Basket Case, American Idiot, Good Riddance and Wake Me Up When September Ends for big singalongs - probably on a par with the hits Pulp have that appeal to that audience?

But would they be prepared for a couple of them to be brought up on stage, and at least twice during every song told "lets go f***king mental"?!

Is there any order to that lower line-up? Minor point but I would have thought the likes of Roni Size and The Orb would be above Bis and Beans on Toast, maybe just me.

I don't know, it may be stage order, I'm guessing Beans is doing his curated day in The Woodland again. They are introducing a new dance tent this year, replacing Magical Sounds so maybe that's where Roni Size and The Orb will be.
