FestivalJamie
There's no guarantee this will get big names, last year was rather underwhelming.. New album releases this year from (and realistic options) : Tom Odell, James Arthur, Sigma, Declan Mckenna, Zara Larsson, Idles, Kaiser Chiefs If Becky Hill releases then you can add her to that list as well. Dua Lipa could be possible if she's not booked anywhere else on that weekend. Fred again also likely given everywhere else. I wouldn't go expecting foo fighters or coldplay tbh the big weekend isn't how it used to be.

NorthernSoul52
Pink would be a decent shout for this if dates align. Let's her do fifty minutes and bounce.

Would be good, but can’t see it sadly. Dare I say it but Coldplay could be within a chance if they release ‘moon music’ soonish?
LMP
Seems almost certain this is being held in Luton which, as a local, does surprise me. Great to have something coming to the town, but the R1 Weekend locations team clearly don’t watch 24 Hours in Police Custody! 😅
