The Festival acknowledges that booking SZA was viewed as a mistake by many and is keen to learn from the small crowd, Contact has been made with her team post festival and the bookers are actually keen for SZA to return to the farm in the future although no actual plans are put in place at this point, the team don’t want SZA legacy with the festival to be perceived as a negative one. They will follow her career closely and it may be 10 or more years when she returns and as to what slot she occup
Yesterday I met someone linked to Primavera Sound Porto and I asked about The Cure and he replied “they didn’t want to…” I didn’t understand the rest of the sentence, whether they didn’t want a tour or they didn’t want Primavera Sound.
You could honestly give me those two albums and I wouldn't care about anything else. I would pay decent money to like £65/70 as well to see both those albums in full. Yes there are good songs on other albums but nothing matches those two.
The new drummer of LP speaks about different festivals in Germany. Difficult to say if he speaks about Rock Am Ring + Rock Im Park or other festivals like Southside maybe. I guess we'll have the tour announced in November around the release of the new album. But the band will probably be everywhere and do an intense tour. From Rock Am Ring to Nos Alive with Hellfest, Rock Werchter, NovaRock, Mad Cool and some stadiums like Stade de France in Paris. Wait and see.
