No. But I regard myself as centre left, bit of a social liberal but certainly not an activist any longer. I think I am trans friendly but my wife and daughter do express concerns around shared spaces and impacts on women’s rights etc. do I tell them they are wrong? I’m not a woman so it feels odd for me to tell a woman how to feel at a gut level about something. My wife also used to work as a volunteer at a DV place many years ago and is quite sure that the complexities around things like that need ironing out before we start demonising views.
