from reading terms , I think I can enter as a ticket holder and not pay balance and nominate a guest should I be successful ? just not pay off my balance ? does that look right ? or is it just for non ticket holders ?

Can't see that there'd be any prohibition on doing that.

It'd still cost you the 25 quid cancellation fee on the ticket, plus whatever you'd paid to enter the competition of course.

yep thats great ... you'd win a ticket potentially so wouldn't really cost . Also a donation to Charity too so more than worthwhile

What I can’t figure and I’ve asked … if the code is under the ring pull it means you are gonna have to drink all supplies before the closing date .

It's easy enough to remove the ring pull without opening the can.

Though doing so makes it more difficult (or alternatively much more messy) to open the can.
