Gutted for you! If it’s any consolation, you’ve seemed to keep yourself in great spirits and shown resilience despite how upsetting it can be knowing you’re not returning to the farm. Your attitude has even helped me to stay buoyant in the face of defeat - fingers and toes crossed for any last chance surprises but failing that, all aboard the 2025 train x

Awww that’s soooo kind of you! Thank you so much. You’ve definitely taken the edge off the heartbreak this morning. I think I’ve hit my bitter stage today so will probably be back entering the competitions tomorrow 😂🙈. Thank you so much for your kind words and hopefully see you on the farm soon!!!! X

Yeah apart from the competitions I've already entered its the end of the road for me this year. Booking Reading later to make it official

So sorry to hear you were unlucky too. I’ve been trying to look at the positives….first of all we don’t have to pay for a ticket anymore so quids in 😂 I’ve lost track of how many competitions we’ve all entered and when they’re being drawn so hopefully one of us will get a surprise win. Even though we might feel a bit sh*t now there’s still some slim chances. If not we go again next year. If you have a change of heart and need cheese again let me know, I’ve still got your QR code from last time so happy to go back out for you 🍀🤞

No luck for me either in the resale 👎🏻 will still enter a few competitions if they pop up, and might still keep an eye out for Oxfam places as well but not pinning my hopes on anything now. Backup plan we’ll go away for the week up the coast and I’ll just watch on the TV! Plus I’ve got Leeds at the end of August so that’s something 😌

Aww thank you x Somehow the Vodafone comps had passed me by so I'm going to enter those 🤣 But think I'm done with the product ones now. I'm also thinking about the money saved, obviously I'd rather have got a ticket, but lets face it its not a cheap weekend!

 

Speaking of the vodafone comps, everyone on social media is saying there are 8 emojis..is the tent definitely an emoji? I can't tell..

That's the thing that I think makes today doubly hard. None of the regulars on this thread appear to have got tickets in the resale or so far in the competitions. At least if someone had managed then we are happy for them and it also shows its possible. ATM it just seems (somewhat unreasonably) that getting tickets is for mysterious other people that I never meet.

Yes it’s crazy isn’t it. My original group was 33, down to 3 of us trying today. First time in 7 years not one of us got tickets. My friend also had a group of 4 and none of them got tickets either. They did get through to the payment page this morning but it crashed and kicked them out…..torture! It’s definitely getting harder to secure tickets.
