I promised myself I wasn’t going to buy any of the chocolate because it’s just too easy to peek into the bars and I’m just a bit skeptical sadly. However, I really wanted some chocolate and I’m a big Tony’s fan and the distance between going to Big Tesco and an Oxfam was the same sooooo you can guess who won. And then I stupidly bought 4 bars because I love the rush. Stupid golden tickets. Stupid temptation. 🙃

Have to say why they deserve it and it’s best wins rather than chosen at random so a bit different!

 

Theres an online form link in the email too if you don’t want to post it on social media. 
 

They explicitly say you can gift both tickets to them as well.

You can gift both to the winner/another person if you win it seems:

 

“If you win, it's up to you whether you take your nominee as your plus-one, or gift them both tickets. We'll ask winners to confirm names for the tickets and you won't be able to transfer them after that point.“

The way I read it, you just need an Octopus subscriber (who's opted in to Octoplus) to do so on your behalf. So may be worth checking with friends and family?

The Octopus Energy comp could be quite good for a small number of people as you need to be with Octopus (I am) and have a smart meter (I do not) and be subscribed to Octoplus rewards and have an X/Twitter or Instagram account - I could be wrong but that seems like a lot of things to fulfill so potentially a low number of entries

You don't need Twitter/Instagram, there's an online form you can use to enter.

 

To be honest I'd assume that a majority of their customers do have smart meters at this point, and Octoplus is a simple opt-in rather than costing extra. So probably still a fair few million people eligible if they want to be.

I’ve not got Octopus and I bought my last Tony’s this morning, I need to start giving it away but it seems shabby as it’s already opened! I’m not running around London looking for the tea. Everything else is entered.

 

i bought myself Janelle Monae tickets this morning for Brixton to cheer myself up 😀

Booking gig tickets is the best tonic for this and JM will be fab! Defo an act I’ll be sad to miss at Glasto this year* (*last minute ticket win dependent!)

 

If it’s any consolation, I’ve just asked my family to enter and nominate me and it turns out there’s some kind of waiting list for the rewards programme for customers who haven’t already signed up! Ups the chances a bit for some?
