I don't like the idea of not having wood fires either but this is a real thing.   Here's a recent screenshot from the BBC. There are children and people with health issues at Glasto. If it applies to open fires at Christmas the same argument is going to apply to festivals. Glasto doesn't tend to go against the grain on these kinds of issues. Look how quickly they banned disposable vapes.
