Gallus are a good time, they’re a nice bunch as well. They’ve been doing a lot on the European circuit last two years, wonder if they’ll get a decent sized break soon.

They’re a funny one. Every man and his dog has seen them, multiple times. And they’ve only really got two great albums in them. I think there’s a lot of apathy to their new material, and going to see them on tours - but if they’re at big festival and aren’t up against any big names then they’d hoover up a big crowd I reckon. People won’t go out their way to see them anymore, but if you have tens of thousands of people who are already there and at least like them… a mid afternoon slot on Pyramid / Other would be a good time.

Some absolutely violent clashes on there for me - honestly I don’t know if I would love the line up or vehemently hate it for the clashes. Nigh on everyone I would want to see clashes with or overlaps with someone.

It's still early days with only 19 bands announced, but wow those headliners are poor IMO... Couldn't think of a better cure for insomnia than a Sharon van Etten headline set, and the less said about Self Esteem the better 😐 Caribou would have been a very good headliner in the early 10s but hasn't really done anything great since Swim. The undercard is decent though - Emma-Jean Thackray, Geordie Greep, Goat, John Maus and Mohammad Syfkhan all get a thumbs up from me. Hopefully Geordie and/or Goat will be topping the Garden Stage so I can watch those instead of the Woods Stage headliners.

Hey all! As most of us are mostly disappointed, which is completely understandable with the names in the rumour mill compared to what was delivered.. However. many of us, due to friendship groups or other circumstances (such as myself, I live nearby Bramham Park so I go every single year.) Will still be going to Reading & Leeds Festivals in 2025. To help you listen to the bands and artists top songs that you may already know, as well as help you discover the ones you haven't heard of before (there's a couple of really good ones that I like the sounds of and will be delving deeper into.) I have collated a playlist together on Spotify and I just wanted to give you guys access to this playlist as well. There is at least 1 song from every single artist that has been announced so far for Reading & Leeds 2025, with the headliners having 2/3 songs in the playlist, as they're the main attractions. Feel free to check it out, or recommend any songs that you would like me to add! As a further note, this playlist will be kept FULLY up to date with each announcement. So feel free to download / stream the playlist and start getting in the mood, discover new bands, listen to classic hits and just have a good time! And as noted, it will be updated with each announcement. Hope you enjoy!
