Not many names I recognise on there. Joy (Anonymous) is a nice addition.

Anyone familiar with the other artists that could recommend who is worth a listen?

Kae tempest is the only one I know there, but she is worth a listen. No idea who the rest are though!

This will be our first time at rock en seine. There is no idea of what set times are yet I take it?

They are all shown (now) on the official app.

secret act on saturday clashing with the end of massive attack and 2manydjs

I wouldn't expect something that big since it's the 3rd stage. Last year's closing acts on there usually were electro acts (Romy, Overmono,...) but really unsure here. Pretty long set too. Some medium-sized French rock act ?

Not related to any thing I just said but would love Slowdive

If this is just based on the fact nobody is on that stage at that time, I wouldn't read into it too much.

Massive Attack are very 'picky' about sound clashes and bleeding from other stages. I've previously seen them refuse to come on stage as they complained they could hear Franz Ferdinand playing in their monitors from another stage.

So I wouldn't be surprised if the festival has just pulled the plug on the other stages to ensure no repeat of that.

Just seen an app notification about cashless wristbands - is this mandatory or can I just use a card to buy food and drink?

Mandatory, but quite easy to top them up.

What happens if you have money left over on the wristband after the festival? Do they refund you the difference?

Think so, but last year I just made sure I spent it! (which is of course what they want)

Went last year, the app was simple, you have to ask for the refund but is very quick and easy.
