Thats an interesting thought.... They could maybe re-orientate it to try get a bigger crowd in.

The main stage can’t go down the hill anymore as the hedge is in the way. It’s a tapered field and there would be no room for all the backstage guff. If they did move it down the hill it would stick out so much that they’d lose most of ground they’d gain.  For clarity there is only a metal track behind the stage as the guff I mentioned it all positioned to the left side of it.
