The Long Road Festival - 2024

Afternoon all, has anyone been before?

I'm really into Americana and Country music and this place looks cracking if a little expensive. 

Got a few other questions for anyone planning on attending.

I worked at it in 2019.

It's fine for what it is. There's some very nice touches, and nothing especially wrong, but in some respects I thought it felt more like a promotional event for the associated Country Music TV channel (the festival is ultimately owned by UMG).

The main issue I had is that I quickly discovered that I don't like Country Music enough to go to a festival where there's nothing else.

I can imagine 3 days of songs about your wife running off with your sister and running over the dog on the way out would be too much for anybody.

I love country and americana and all that carry on.

I'm shock to the core about the price though for a festival nobody's barely heard of.

Ouch, I agree a tad pricey.
