how far from carpark to family camping field?

Just wondering how far the general camping fields are from the car park please - family camping ideally ? are there trolleys to transport stuff or is it best to bring your own >?

Nothing is far at Kendal Calling, it's a really nice size. We walked less than half a mile from our car, in the general car park, to camp in quiet camping in North Haye Parks, and I think that's the furthest camp site. (We were parked quite close to the gate though.)

There are the Jolly Green Sherpas there, who will cart your stuff for you, but it isn't cheap, and seems a lot considering how close you are to your car for multiple trips. Just be sure to bring your beer in on the first run, beer and tent, as they weren't allowing you to bring any more alcohol in on re-entry last time.
