I think there's talk of it going up to 32 in the not-too distant future. Maybe not for when it comes to the UK/Ireland in 4 years time though.

Taken directly from my original post: My working was based on the ticket price being 355 quid x 138k tickets sold = £49m generated. You could get the same amount of money generated by charging £400 a ticket, which would lead to only 122.5k people on site. At least from paying tickets, nevermind the crew, volunteers, performers etc which I think stands at around 72k people on site. Just a curiosity more than anything. I know Michael Eavis and Emily Eavis want to have as many people on site as possible to spread the love of the festival to the max, but what do you think? -
That's on you tbf. I'm always convinced the penalty that's about to taken is the one that will be missed.

Suggestion in final poll was largest party but not enough to be a majority. I guess we'll find out in due course.
