And to start it off, Canela Party have made their annual ridiculously early first announcement: Of the non-European acts Tropical f**k Storm were due to play Green Man in 2022 and pulled out for health reasons so I assume they're going there, and I can only think The Get Up Kids and Joyce Manor are at R&L, which leaves the exciting possibility of Tim Harrington climbing the Big Top supports. -

That he wasn't in a headline slot, even among the afternoon acts, and was trialling new material suggests he requested to keep it as low-key as a Stewart Lee set can ever be. I don't think a comedian/purely spoken word act has ever been put on any other stage apart from John Cooper Clarke doing the Big Top one year, and he's done that at a lot of festivals.
