This is going to be a bit of a thing with Trump on the way...some countries are going to struggle to meet that 3% target (including us)

Huge issue. Infact without Nato, I'm not sure the european social democratic model would even work?

I think Europe might need to stop thinking they can always rely on US to provide their security.

That's why the whole situation needs diplomacy from that outside and pressure to back down.
