Misery Loves Company Festival 2024

First announcement with The Hunna headliner and another TBA. £50. Seems a bit steep but enjoyed it last year so might be worth a go. Only states 2 venues so far though so hope they’re adding more as thought it worked well with the 4 venues/5 stages last year.

Was gutted last year when they had no sad bands playing. Looks like they're still not living up to the name this year. Had high hopes for this festival but just doesn't do it for me.

which sad bands are ypu thinking of? i think the name sounds perfect for the cure or morrissey!

I'd be hoping more in the ball park of Aaron West, Cory Wells, Movements, Spanish Love Songs or Trophy Eyes personally.

Event has been changed to a 4 band show including headliners Rory & The Hunna with support from As December Falls & Alt Blk Era. Shame to see an independent festival basically fail but as others have mentioned having C/D list acts for £50 is a bit too far. Slam Dunk and 2000 Trees provide better lineups for better value. You also have Burn It Down that do a good job and R&L smallest stage also do a good job at catering for a similar market. 50% refund for anyone who already had tickets. Sad that Saint Agnes won’t be performing as they’d be one of the main pulls for me.
