Ticket Refund Amount

Have just had to cancel a ticket for someone in our group and was wondering how much people post deadline received.

 

I just got back £285 after we paid £355 + £5 fee. This means we lost £80 - when the website says theres only a £25 fee?

 

It seems the entire November deposit was lost which is wrong i believe (and if it wasn't wrong surely it would be £75 deposit lost + £25 fee?)

 

If anyone else has had to cancel a ticket post balance payment would be good to know what happened, this is a general admission ticket by the way

The deposit and the balance payment will be refunded as two separate transactions, potentially to two separate cards (ie the ones used for the original purchase).
