Efests crew/volunteers meet up 2024

Hi all

 

Just starting a topic for those interested in a crew/volunteers meet up as I did in 2022 and 2023.

 

Plan is 7pm at the Tow and Hitch (Arcadia crew bar) on Monday the 24th.

 

I have set up a WhatsApp group in previous years so drop us a message with your number and I'll add you to it.

 

Look forward to seeing some of you on the 24th

Yep, it will start outside the mess tent around 6pm with the aim to leave by 6:30 going to 4/5 different crew bars around the festival and then finish up at the stone circle. Apparently, erm, lookout for the sheep umbrella and a guy pink shorts.

Yes. If you were in the field looking straight at the arcadia stage just look left to to the path going past it and the entrance to tow and hitch is along that pathline behind the fence
