Depends on your job. Lockups crew generally do 24 hours over Weds to Mon. Shifts are 4 or 8 hours.

Potentially. In reality, most of us do an overnight 8 hour shift in that mix.

3x8 hrs for oxfam as well, which typically is an early (6am to 2pm) a late (2-10pm) and a night (10pm to 6am) over the five days or so. Small amounts of shifts on the tues night and Monday after can diminish your shifts on music days even further, if you’re lucky (or earlies for the very lucky, sun/mon/tues before the festival even opens!)

Oxfam do 3 x 8 hours

A super last minute decision to come attend for Friday only in stealth mode as Long Covid is totally f**king me big time.
 

Super lucky to have a guest pass with no work required. Apparently I’ve earned it doing 60+ hours per year for last 16 years.

Tiny possibility of a Saturday or Sunday trip also. Depends on FOMO vs fatigue.

Morning all. Just to let you know that I’m DJing at the Arcadia Crew bar, the Tow and Hitch, on the Saturday afternoon of the festival at 1600. Can’t wait. I play Soul, Funk, Motown, Disco and Northern Soul.
