Justice were both down at the front row pressing the flesh and high firing folk for the entirety of their last track. Likewise DJ Provai spent more time in the crowd than behind the equipment during Kneecap's sets. -
Yes Glastonbury has always been a family festival, but the use of trolleys is a recent thing. We used to bring our children twenty years ago and they either walked or we had a backpack to carry them. If we were at a popular headliner we waited until the crowd had thinned at the top before heading back to the tent rather than exposing them to the risk of pissed up munters. I’m not saying that you behave like this but some of the trolley weilders were entitled and dangerous

that would be awesome, they could do that now with out much change (except needing loads more tickets), the astrolabe (and sometimes the circus) tent closes early evening and then reopens later

Not festival related, given I’d been back home for 4 days, but I came down with Norovirus at the weekend, which I’m only just getting over. Upside, I’ve lost a stone in 4 days. Downside, I sh*t myself for the first time in my adult life.
