Trying to talk a friend in to going to this, they're a massive Ezra Furman fan but "it's May half term so might be away with the family". Pah, Priorities. If they decide against it then I might just do my usual and work it. Quite fancy this one as a punter though. -
I've always thought that any band in the last 15 or 20 years when choosing a name would think of internet searching to make them easy to find -

I'm totally not The 1975's audience (far too old) but I think they're amazing. They're very different to what I usually listen to but have seen them live 4 times now and they really deliver. When they play "The Sound", it's going to be a Glastonbury moment. Totally agree that Matty can be an asshole but I have come to terms with the fact that most great pop/rock/music stars are just awful people. I can't imagine how you could be in that position and still be normal. I'm really surprised at how dismissive people are of them, but totally understand that people's tastes differ. I feel like that about Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay and Muse, for example.
