Chris Hawkins it is then.

Tomorrow's clue, "We might have already had our snow in the wintertime, but don't panic - our Christmas advents are still coming."

So what did the day after tomorrow' have to do with it then?

Not a clue form the clue for tomorrow

I think they just wanted to shoehorn 6 music in, and it will be 6 more announcements to go tomorrow. 🤷

I mean, they could have just shifted the order slightly, waited a couple days to announce him, and made it a little less forced.

I thought of them because of Rain In The Summertime, didn't know about that song.

They were bloody awful last time they played.

Good to see Mike Peters is on the mend though, last I'd read before looking it up then was that he was very seriously ill.

Saw them last year at Beautiful Days - they were really good.

Mike is playing live every Saturday in December and then somewhere in Jan before he has a transplant - he refuses to say he cannot carry on so I see him taking bookings as part of his 'never say die' attitude.

More power to him.

Clue for tomorrow
"Tomorrow we’ll be joined by a gritty solo blonde…"

Sounds like Du Blonde to me - Album called Sniff More Gritty

I thought I replied to this earlier, but obviously not. If anyone finds a random post of mine elsewhere, ignore it!

Even I can work out it’s Du Blonde tomorrow and I’m rubbish at these cryptic clues.
I am so delighted, the best announcement yet (including the initial release).

Sniff More Gritty is one of my favourite albums of the last few years, such beautiful, catchy songs and Du Blonde is such an exciting artist.

There's a local (North East) band called BigFatBig who are acting as both support and backing band on Beth's tour next year.  Assuming that's still a case for her festival dates would be great if they got a slot of their own as well.

So is the opinion that after the advent calendar finishes then that's the lineup complete?

Highly unlikely unless the last days have 30 or 40 acts on each one.

Still under 90 acts announced, last year there were 233 slots

Makes sense......................... and makes me think even more there is a 'big' dance tent announcement on the way as it is just too quiet on that front so far.

A Magical Christmas Day present 🎁

I've not totted up the numbers but I'd imagine there's still a fair few more to add.

Jolly good.

My hopes were raised when Hawkwind announced their tour and had the 24th as TBC, but now that that's been dashed what are the chances of another band ploughing the space rock furrow or don't Bearded do that anymore?
