Favourite Stage Announcement

As we wait patiently for the full lineup to drop. I thought it would be interesting to get everyone's opinions on which stage lineup release has gotten them the most excited this year!

It's been arcadia for me this year but I'm also really excited with woodsies.

Yeah for me it's between Leftfield and Woodsies, both came a day after each other too 😄

Holts easily. The leaked lineup really set the bar high that the rest of the lineup thus far (imo) wasn’t able to deliver on.

The non main stages were nearly more exciting as I had lower expectations and they dropped individually. Silver Hayes for me.

Arcadia by a distance for me. I think Avalon and acoustic were great announcements too though and better than any of the ‘main’ stages on the first drop for me. Wider park announcement was good too.

Would have been West Holts but we already knew the content if it so the actual announcement was a little anticlimactic. I’ll go for Silver Hayes.

none really - but seeing as the only act on the line up so far that I truly love - New Model Army - are on Avalon I've voted for that.

BBC Introducing is brilliant but if Babylon Uprising was there I'd go for that. I found a playlist for it this morning and was having a right bop to it while cleaning the kitchen 😅

I think Arcadia and Woodsies are probably tieing eith The Vaccines and The Ks being a couple of nice surprises.

Voted Silver Hayes as it has the most acts I'm looking forward to

West Holts leading with 10

Woodsies and The Park joint 2nd place

Arcadia, Silver hayes and Leftfield joint 3rd place

The Common, Theatre & Circus, Glasto Latino, Croissant Neuf, Pilton Palais, Unfairground and Block9 all in last place with no votes

I love the West Holts line up and if it were a festival in itself I’d go. Lots I’d love to see (and we will be attending).

However, I voted for Arcadia.

Up until the Arcadia drop I still had no absolutely MUST sees. 

I now have two of those, with Eric Prydz and HAAI b2b Ki Ki. So Arcadia pips it.

But it's not a vote for "best stage"? We're looking more at poster design and the impact of surprise additions?

Yeah the idea was to just vote for whichever of the area announcements generally got you most excited about the festival

The Park for me! A few diamonds on there but it wasn't the lineup that got my vote necessarily... it was the announcement/poster itself, the story behind it etc. Just thought it was a reminder of core values of the festival and why I love it so much 🥰 Got me excited
