Been Stellar sound great. That day is just going to be brutal.

 

Nearly half my 'must sees' when the lineup was announced are on Thursday. Having listened to the bands I didn't know, I've got another six that are in the must see category, and they are ALL on the Thursday!

 

Am hoping a couple play again on the Sunday to make it less painful 🙂

2026 is looking good from the rumours. Rumours are just rumours and most of them are not true at the end but I've seen names like Tyler the Creator, MBV, NiN, Radiohead, Rosalia, The Cure, Bad Bunny and Kendrick in the discussion and seems nice for now.

It’ll be the 25th anniversary so I can see it being a mix of old (bands like The Cure, NiN, MBV, etc.) and a new pop sound (Rosalia, Tyler, Billie Eilish).

Anniversary years don't mean anything when it comes to bookings. Acts aren't gonna suddenly make themselves available for that purpose.

victorious announced QOTSA and vampire weekend. i know it’s august but don’t expect the former to be touring next year.

Was ‘headliner’ in inverted commas for a reason.

 

Last year was a headliner on Weds at the Forum but also effectively one for Ciutat the same night (The National).
